Yoga Asana

Linda studies and teaches āsana within the Iyengar tradition. In each class, she imparts her joy and underlying reverence for all aspects of yoga. Her classes balance precision and structure within an upbeat, lively and embracing atmosphere.

A regular and appropriately designed prāṇāyama and meditation practice  enhances all levels of our system. These subtle practices bring nourishment to the body, balance energy, increase mental focus, and harmonize emotions.

Yoga Alliance Continuing Education

Linda is certified through Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider. Courses with Linda are eligible for Continuing Education Credits. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT - 500, RPYT and YACEP.
